Staff already know Zoom. What they should not have to learn is a second product, a second login, and a Join link that lives in a chat. A person creates the meeting while they are already booking the room. Everyone else gets a normal mail invite.
If the plugin is missing on someone’s desk, the Zoom URL still sits in the location field. Phone dial-in is there from day one for places where data is poor. Rooms you already own stay on the floor.

Large rooms in high definition is an internet problem at each site, not a licence problem. Path diversity stays with you. We are honest about that before you buy a bigger meeting add-on.

Questions we hear
Does every mailbox need a Zoom host licence?
No. Hosts run meetings. Everyone else joins as a participant. We licence to the host count you need.
Can we keep the rooms already on the floor?
Yes. We licence the Zoom connector for endpoints you already own. We do not make you buy new room kit to join.
What about people in the field with poor data?
Phone dial-in is in from day one, where you operate. That is the fallback when the internet is thin.
Can every meeting be end-to-end encrypted?
AES-256 is always on. End-to-end is optional. Recording, live transcription and phone dial-in need end-to-end off. Hosts are trained on that choice.
