Equinox Digital Mail and meetings

Delivery

Install, migrate, hand over.

One programme. Install, migrate, hand over, then support.

Who is on the job

Brian Mailu, John Paul Muindi and Agnes Mueni on the stream.

A named counterpart on your side from kick-off — someone who can answer where mail should live, who the administrators will be, and which rooms are already on the floor. Partners work under our name.

We do not arrive with a mystery roster. If a name changes, you hear it in the kick-off, not in a footnote.

The weeks

Kick-off through handover, in the order a job actually runs.

Mail and Zoom move together. We do not finish mail and leave meetings as a later surprise. Your side is in the room at kick-off, at the pilot, and at operational acceptance.

Install Licence keys, staging — cloud mail or your primary site Provision hosts, branding, policies
Harden Security baseline, backup, a copy at further sites if you have them Pilot users, phone dial-in, room connector
Clients Branding, Outlook and phone-mail test Calendar plugin, invite tests with mail
Pilot Pilot mailboxes, fidelity report Organisation-wide comms, end-user guides
Prove Restore test; failover if there is a second site Remaining users, webinar template
Cutover Wave migration, then point incoming mail at the new system Intensive support

Handover As-builts, operational acceptance, support starts Admin handover, operational acceptance, support starts

After the last week

Support starts when acceptance is proved.

Restore, login, cutover, a meeting from the diary, administrators signed in. Then the night phone is live, and the quarterly health is on the calendar. That is the end of delivery and the start of the job you run.

After handover

Tell us where the mail should live.

Your servers, the cloud, or both. We install, move people across, and stay on the night phone.
