Cloud mail we host, or servers, storage and backup at each site. We size and supply mail-class kit unless you already have it, or the mail lives in the cloud.

Mail does not guess at hosting, mailbox volume, or encryption. We settle the facts with you, then we install.
The week before install
Four conversations. Then we put it up.
If a fact is still open, we do not invent it. We write it down with you. Silence in a tender, or a shrug in a meeting, is not a design. The install waits until the facts have names.
Mail in flight
How much mailbox data is in scope, whether archives or public folders are included, and what we are leaving — another on-site system, or cloud mail.
Meetings
Host count, large meetings and webinars, phone dial-in where you operate, rooms already on the floor. AES-256 always; end-to-end when the meeting needs it.
Directory
The same login for mail and Zoom. We do not invent a second island. Accepted domains and mail authentication are published before cutover.
If nobody answers
We still have a default. It is written down, not guessed.
Live mailboxes only, until you list archives. Whatever you run today is the source; we discover it on site. Business hosts, large meetings, webinars, phone dial-in and the room connector — quantities follow what you actually run. AES-256 always; end-to-end optional. You provide the directory.
Delivery runs to operational acceptance, then yearly support. Those defaults are how we start the conversation. They are not a substitute for you saying what you need.
