You want the mailbox explained
On your servers, in the cloud, or both — not a store nobody on the floor can point to.
Who we serve
Organisations that want mailboxes on their servers, in the cloud, or both — and Zoom wired to the same login.
The gap we close
We work with organisations whose people already live in mail and meetings — firms, agencies, secretariats, NGOs, campuses. The names change. The Monday problem does not: two logins, two address books, a Join link that has to be pasted by hand.
We wire Zoom to the same login as mail, so a meeting is a diary event. Leavers leave both the same day.
Partners we’ve worked with
Equinox Digital has delivered bulk SMS for institutions and networks that need to reach customers, staff, members and the public. The marks below are for that work. They are not links.
A good fit
On your servers, in the cloud, or both — not a store nobody on the floor can point to.
We do not ask a whole organisation to learn a new way to write mail or join a meeting.
A full install at one data centre, or a copy where you already have another. We do not invent the second building.
Named mail and meetings administrators. We train them. We do not sit a 24-hour room in your name.
Before we cut over
Domains, devices, rooms and identity first. Archives and public folders stay out unless they are listed. Servers come with us unless the mail lives in the cloud, or you already have mail-class kit in writing.
If a fact is still open — host count, where the mailbox must sit, whether every meeting needs end-to-end — we write it down with you. We do not fill the silence with a number that looks tidy.
Your servers, the cloud, or both. We install, move people across, and stay on the night phone.
