Round-the-clock incident intake. Quarterly: patch, restore a sample, certificates, lag on the second site where one exists. Manufacturer ticket when the product itself is the defect.
Support
On-call mail. Zoom’s uptime. Quarterly health.
Billed yearly. Cover sits inside the programme — not an optional extra.
What the night phone covers
We take the call. Your people still run the day to day.
Someone cannot send. A certificate is about to expire. A meeting invite is landing in junk. That is intake — any hour. Your administrators still restore, still disable leavers, still add the next host, from the guides we left.
Zoom
Zoom’s published uptime. We cover identity, the calendar plugin and the glue around the clock. Your administrators still run the day to day from the admin pages.
Every quarter
A health check, not a surprise.
We come back, or we work the cloud admin with you: patch, restore a sample mailbox, certificates, the copy at the second site if you have one. The point is that restore is still a thing you have seen work — not a hope in a guide nobody opened since handover.
What this is not
Not a three-shift operations room.
A true operations room is several times the monthly retainer. We stay on-call. You run the system from our guides. If you need someone watching screens all night, that is a different contract, and we will say so rather than stretch this one.
Tell us where the mail should live.
Your servers, the cloud, or both. We install, move people across, and stay on the night phone.
