Who stands behind the products
Two authorised dealers. One programme. Our name on the letters.
We are not the mail maker, and we are not Zoom. The dealers bring manufacturer letters in the operating company’s name, a certified mail administrator on staff, and night intake they actually staff. Technical management sits with us.
If you can only issue a letter in your own name, say so. We will structure the delivery. If you cannot issue a letter at all, this is not the seat.
