Equinox Digital Mail and meetings

After handover

You run it. We stay on-call.

Named mail and collaboration administrators on your side. Named guides. A health check every quarter.

What handover means

Things you can do on a Tuesday without calling us first.

Handover is not a ceremony. It is a set of jobs your people can finish from a guide, on an ordinary afternoon, when we are not in the building.

  • Restore last night’s mailbox, and know that it came back whole.
  • Renew a certificate before it expires, not after webmail goes red.
  • Disable a leaver in mail and Zoom the same day.
  • Clear a stuck outbound queue.
  • Add a Zoom host, or a large-meeting exception, without waiting for us.
  • Run the quarterly health check: patch, restore a sample, certificates, the second site if you have one.
Named administrators with the guides, before we leave the building.

What we still do

The night phone stays ours. The day to day stays yours.

Round-the-clock intake. Tickets with the software makers when the product itself is broken. A health visit every quarter. We do not staff a three-shift room, and we do not pretend the retainer is one.

Your administrators still sign in, still disable leavers, still add the next host. That is the point of the classroom.

When we say done

Proved, not presented.

Restore, login, cutover, a meeting created from the diary, administrators signed in — not that a slide was accepted. If those things were not proved, we have not handed over.

Who we train

Tell us where the mail should live.

Your servers, the cloud, or both. We install, move people across, and stay on the night phone.
